The process of sending the bib number notification email to all registered runners is complete.
In case you didn’t receive your email:
1. Check you Spam/ Junk mail folder
2. If it’s not on your Spam folder, at the Marathon EXPO refer to the Registration Confirmation Desk in order to receive a relevant bib number confirmation ticket by necessarily demonstrating your ID (or any other official identification document).
We remind you that you can find your bib number and start block from the Start Lists that are published on our website. It is noted that a screenshot is NOT considered valid proof for race kit pick-up.
Runners’ Center & OPAP Marathon EXPO
You may collect your bib number (with the embedded timing chip) and race kit EXCLUSIVELY from the Runners’ Center at the Faliro Indoor Hall & Exhibition Centre of Athens (Tae Kwon Do Venue), at the Olympic Faliro Coastal Zone, EXCLUSIVELY the following days and hours:
Wednesday 8 November 2023: 13.00 – 20.00
Thursday 9 November 2023: 10.00 – 20.00
Friday 10 November 2023: 10.00 – 20.00
Saturday 11 November 2023: 10.00 – 18.00*
* Bib numbers for the OPAP 10km Road Race & Universities Night Run can be collected strictly until Saturday 11 November at 13.00 and NO changes in the entry can be made on the race day.
We strongly encourage you to collect your bib number and race kit on Wednesday 8/11 or Thursday 9/11, if possible, in order to avoid long queues on Friday and Saturday.
Race Kit Pick-Up & Necessary Documents
!!! In case you are part of a Group Registration, you are kindly asked to reach out to your Group Manager, in order to confirm the way your team has decided to collect your runner’s kit).
• In order to collect your bib number and race kit, you need to show an official identification document (passport, ID card etc.) and the bib number confirmation ticket from the Registrations Confirmation Desk.
Without an official identification document, NO bib number and/ or race kit can be collected.
• In order to collect your bib number and race kit for the Universities Night Run you need to show your student ID or ISIC card and the bib number confirmation ticket from the Registrations Confirmation Desk.
Without student ID or ISIC Card, NO bib number and/ or race kit can be collected.
• In order to collect the bib number and race kit for an underage participant without ID or passport, you need to show the child’s Birth Certificate and the bib number confirmation ticket from the Registrations Confirmation Desk.
Without the Birth Certificate, NO bib number and/ or race kit can be collected.
• In case you need to have your race kit picked-up by ANOTHER PERSON on your behalf, they need to bring with them a copy of your passport or ID card (or a copy of your Student ID/ISIC card for the Universities Night Run or Birth Certificate for an underage participant) and the bib number confirmation ticket from the Registrations Confirmation Desk.
Important Information
• The Official T-shirt of the race and/ or the OASA Public Transportation Card are collected from a different stand within the Marathon EXPO on the 2nd floor.
• Upon receiving the envelope with your bib number, you will be given a special race BRACELET of the event, which you must wear MANDATORILY on the day of the race. Otherwise, it will NOT be possible to enter the race.
• You have the option to change your Starting Block at the Runner’s Center & Marathon EXPO with a penalty fee, as described on the “Registration Management” section of our website.
