OPERATION DAYS & HOURS | RUNNERS' CENTER & OPAP MARATHON EXPO

All runners are asked to collect their bib numbers and race kits from the Runners' Center, which is hosted in the Faliro Indoor Hall & Exhibition Centre of Athens, at the Olympic Faliro Coastal Zone.

The Runners' Centre will be open for the public as follows:

Wednesday 8 November 2023: 13.00 – 20.00
Thursday 9 November 2023: 10.00 – 20.00

Friday 10 November 2023: 10.00 – 20.00
Saturday 11 November 2023: 10.00 – 18.00

* Note that Bib numbers for the 10km Road Race and Universities Night Run OPAP can be collected up until Saturday, 11th November, at 13.00 sharp and no modification to the entry will be possible, given that the race is held on Saturday afternoon, start time at 17.00h.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NO bib number and race kits can be picked-up on Sunday 12 November.


BIB NUMBERS & RACE KITS COLLECTION

At the Runners' Center entrance an Information Desk will be operating for any inquiry on the bib number pick-up procedure or any other kind of information regarding the event.


About ten (10) days before the race, all runners who have successfully completed the registration process will receive an email, informing them about their exact bib number.)
The runners who received this email may proceed directly to the relevant Distribution Station, from where they may collect their bib numbers by presenting necessarily:

1) copy of the above mentioned email and
2) an official identification document (ID card or passport).
               *Academic ID or ISIC card is required for participants of the Universities Night Run OPAP
               *In case of minor participant without ID card or passport, the Birth Certificate is required
.

The runners who have not received the above mentioned email with their bib number, may receive a copy of their bib number confirmation note from the Registration Confirmation Desk. Then, with this note and the other necessary documents, they can collect their race kit from the Distribution Stations.


In case a runner is unable to pick up their own bib number and race kit, they may appoint a representative to do so. In this case, the representative must present the following documents, otherwise it will NOT be possible to collect the participant's bib number:

1) photocopy of the runners' ID or passport and
2) copy of the email with the runner's bib number


Runners who wish to amend their entry or are facing any problem with regard to their registration, should address the Runners' Services & Registration Management Desk.


RACE KIT BY REGISTRATION LEVEL

Depending on the registration level that the runner has already chosen, in addition to the bib number envelope and the special bag for clothing management on the day of the race, he/she also receives:

ADVANCED REGISTRATION LEVEL:
Technical T-shirt, which is collected by the relevant stand within the Runners' Center by presenting the bib number envelope

FULL REGISTRATION LEVEL:
Backpack,
Technical T-shirt (is collected by the relevant stand within the Runners' Center by presenting the bib number envelope),
• OASA Public Transportation card,
• Face Towel
