Entrance to the Registration Center (by runners and/or visitors) will be possible ONLY with the presentation of a Certificate of Vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of Recovery from COVID-19, up to 15 days before the participation kit pick-up day.

All runners are asked to collect their bib numbers and race kits from the Athens Marathon EXPO & Registration Centre, which is hosted in the Faliro Indoor Hall & Exhibition Centre of Athens, at the Olympic Faliro Coastal Zone.

The Athens Marathon Registration Centre will be open for the public as follows:

Wednesday 10 November 2021: 13.00 – 20.00
Thursday 11 November 2021: 10.00 – 20.00
Friday 12 November 2021: 10.00 – 20.00
Saturday 13 November 2021: 10.00 – 18.00

* Note that Bib numbers for the 10km Road Race are given up until Saturday, 13 November, at 13.00 sharp, given that the race is held on Saturday afternoon, start time at 17.00hours.

The Athens Marathon Registration Centre is held parallel to the 2021 ERGO MARATHON EXPO, an EXPO focusing on Sports, Tourism and Health, offering to our sponsors and other exhibitors the opportunity to promote themselves and bring the visitors of the EXPO in contact with their activities and products.

BIB NUMBERS & RACE KITS COLLECTION

After entering the Registration Centre, the runners may address the Information Desk with regard to any inquiry they have on the procedure they need to follow, or any other kind of information they need.

About ten days before the race, all runners who have successfully registered for any of the event's races (Marathon Race, Power Walking, 10km and 5km Road Race) will receive an email, informing them about their exact bib number. The runners who have this email along with them may proceed directly to the relevant Station, from where they may collect their bib numbers and race kit. In order to collect their race packages, the runners need to present a copy of the above mentioned email, an identification document (ID card or passport), as well as a Certificate of Vaccination against COVID-19 or a proof of Recovery from COVID-19, up to 15 days before the participation kit pick-up day.

The runners will be given an envelope with their bib number as well as a bag with the material needed, except for the T-shirt of the Race. They may collect their T-shirt from a separate Stand within the Registration Centre.

The runners who, for any reason, have not received the above mentioned email (the one informing them about their exact bib number), may receive a copy of their confirmation note on site from the Registration Confirmation Desk, next to the Information Desk. The runners who are facing any other kind of problem with regard to their participation in the event should address the "Runners' Services & Registration Management" Desk.

In case a runner is unable to pick up his / her own bib number and registration kit, it is possible for another person to pick it up. In this case, that person must have a photocopy of the runners' ID or passport, copy of the email with their bib numberr, as well as a copy of the Vaccination Certificate or the Certificate of Recovery. Otherwise it will NOT be possible to collect the participant's bib number.
